How Waterless Offset Works

Method

The image to be printed obtains ink from rollers, while the rest of the silicone plate repels the ink, keeping the non-printing areas ink-free. The inked image is then transferred (or "offset") from the plate to a rubber blanket, then onto the label paper as it passes through the press.
